Courses Offered at CIS

Courses offered at Clarington CIS:

Our school offers a variety of high school courses from both the Workplace and Applied/College level streams in Mathematics, Science, and English. Our Paid Co-op program is also an excellent way to gain job experience while earning high school credits at the same time.

Through Continuing Education we offer the above courses in the University stream as well.

Depending on our staff, we also offer courses in Canada World Studies, Family Studies, Geography, History, and more.

Throughout the school year Dual Credit courses are also offered to students, including such courses as: Applied Tools and Plumbing, Electrical, Welding, Manicure, Global Cuisine, and more.

Students may also want to enroll in the Durham Centre for Success program (please see the link under Programs)

Young moms may be interested in our on-site TEAM program that allows young moms to earn high school credits with child care and resources available in our school!
